해외 쇼핑몰에서 직접 주문하실때 한국 신용카드를 사용하실 경우
결제가 다 되었는데도 해당 쇼핑몰에서 인증을 요구할때가 있습니다.
인증요구 이유는 도난신용카드의 사용방지를 위한것이고 특히
이 부분은 해외 신용카드일때는 많은 쇼핑몰들이 그렇게 합니다.
그런 인증 요구의 대표적인 방식이 아주 소액을 결제시킨후 그 결제액수를
묻는것입니다.만약 신용카드가 본인의 것이 아니라면, 그것을 알아낼수 없기때문입니다.많은 분들이 다 결제한후 그런 인증요구를 처리못하셔서
그때의 처리 방법을 알려드리겠습니다.
1.먼저 결제 하신후 쇼핑몰에서 다음과 같은 내용의 이메일이 옵니다.
(물론 전달되는 내용은 쇼핑몰마다 조금씩 다릅니다.)
다음은 그 예입니다. 내용은 아주 작은 금액을 신용카드로 결제시켰으니 그 금액을 알려주세요. 그 금액은 다시 돌려드리겠고, 만약
안알려주시면 주문은 취소됩니다.

process your order, but were unable to confirm your billing information with
your credit card company or bank. In order to protect customers and ourselves
from fraud, we would like to verify your information in this manner:
We have charged your card for a small amount of the total order
cost (less than $3). Please contact the bank that issued your
credit card and ask for the EXACT amount charged to your account by 해당쇼핑몰이름. Next, report the amount
back to us via email, phone, or fax. This will verify you as the cardholder, and
we will immediately process your order. Please also include your name and order
number. Your order will be held for you for five (5) business days. If we do not
hear from you within this time, we will assume you wish to cancel the order, and
we will credit your card for the small verification amount. Sorry for the
inconvenience, but we have found this to be the quickest and easiest way to
protect the public and ourselves from fraudulent orders.
2.그럼, 신용카드 회사 홈페이지에 접속하셔서 확인하시거나 전화로
해외에서 결제된 금액을 물어보면 알려줍니다. 예를 들어 $1.23 이
결제되었다고 하면 다음과 같이 답장을 주시면 됩니다.
3.그 금액을 확인 한후 해당쇼핑몰에서는 확인이 되었다고 답장이 오고 결제가
진행이 됩니다. 다음의 경우는 답변해주신 금액이 맞았고, 주문처리 진행하겠다는
것입니다. 그리고 결제한 소액은 돌려줬다는 내용입니다.
